The straightforward terms that govern our work together.
These terms apply to services provided by Bear River Turf Co. in Cache Valley, Utah. By requesting an assessment or engaging our services, you agree to them.
Assessments & quotes
On-site assessments are free and carry no obligation. The price we quote is locked at the assessment and will not exceed the estimate shown by our online calculator for the same scope. Quotes are valid for the season in which they're issued.
The annual program
The annual program is a six-visit commitment for the season, because the soil testing and application sequence build on each other. If you need to cancel mid-season for a significant reason (such as a move or illness), we'll pro-rate fairly for visits not yet performed.
Scheduling & access
- We confirm each visit by text ahead of time. Weather or soil conditions may move a visit; we'll reschedule promptly.
- You're responsible for providing safe access to the property (e.g., an unlocked gate). If we can't access an area, we'll reschedule that portion at no charge.
Billing
Per-visit charges are billed on the day of service. Annual prepayment, if selected, is billed upfront at the discounted rate. Add-on services are quoted and billed separately.
Our work
We apply products according to their labels, including posted re-entry windows, as a licensed Utah commercial applicator. Turf outcomes depend on factors partly outside our control — watering, weather, and existing conditions — so results are not guaranteed except as separately stated in writing.
